Each Furshi system includes one 1L insulated bottle, one sip-or-chug lid and two screw-on dog bowls. Optional name engraving can be added when selecting your bottle.
The insulated bottle holds 1 litre of water. You can fill it completely for longer outings or carry less on shorter daily walks.
Yes. Furshi is designed for both human and dog hydration. You drink from the lid, while fresh water is poured into your dog's separate bowl.
Use one bowl for water and the second for food, kibble or treats. The bowls are designed for serving during stops and liquids should be emptied before the system is carried again.
No. Liquids should be carried in the insulated bottle body. The lower bowls are for serving water, food or treats during your outing and liquids should be emptied before reattaching.
Separate all components and wash them thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse and allow every piece to air-dry fully before reassembly.
We currently recommend hand-washing each component and allowing it to air-dry completely.
Enter the name exactly as you want it engraved and select your preferred font. Engraving is case-sensitive, so double-check spelling before completing your order. If you want another font, mentiont he font name in the order's special instructions section.

Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days and express shipping is available for 1-4 business day delivery in Australia. All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way. Order outside of Australia will take longer.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-14 business days. Customs and duties may apply depending on your country.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's site to follow your package in real time.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, orders enter our fulfilment process and changes may not be possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
